The Company was first established in the year 1998. Following years have witnessed a rapid growth in the mobile phone and its accessories sector. It was one of those companies that took advantage of this growing market. In the year 2001 the company invested in brand-names and introduced UNICOM and MDO as registered trademarks. A partnership with some German counterparts in business resulted in getting sole distributorship of Olympia Batteries in Belgium.

The company has direct trade links with the overseas manufacturers which make it possible to follow latest manufactures, to import and distribute a huge variety of products to a number of dealers and distributors mainly in Belgium, France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
